The Body Tune Up is a 20 minute a day program for a few weeks where your certified corrective exercise specialist will evaluate your movement and provide strategies for improving and optimizing movement quality. Many of our clients are looking for an interesting way to burn calories, but aren't fans of cardio. If you're ready to glove up and let out your frustrations on an kickboxing body shield (affixed to a tree, park structure or similar) the Fitness Kickboxing is for you! It's a great way to improve your health while learning a skill at your own pace in your own space. Sessions are 50-60 minutes.
Ready to really make some solid and sweeping change in your life? Our master trainer has a college degree in exercise science, 10+ years experience, is a certified fitness nutrition specialist, a certified behavior change specialist, a certified corrective exercise specialist, a fitness kickboxing coach, has additional training in core stabilization (best abs possible with lowest risk of back injury) and has had her own struggle with weight loss. Sessions are 60 minutes.
