At this time we are training clients outdoor only (backyards, open garages, or parks) and the trainer is required to wear a mask at all times. The client is asked to wear a mask if they are within 6' of the trainer. We are providing no touch programs and use disinfectant for anything that is touched including park structures as is becoming a popular training area for our clients under current conditions.
Our master trainers have 10+ years of experience and multiple additional certifications in their field. This trainer has a well defined area of expertise. 60 minute sessions
Our professional trainers have at least 2 years of experience as an introductory trainer, is a certified personal trainer and has at least one additional certification in their field of focus. 50 minute sessions
Our introductory trainer has completed two college level internships and has completed or nearly completed a college degree in exercise science. This trainer has under 2 years of experience. This trainer will not yet have a field of focus. 50 minute sessions
There are other ways to help you reach your health and fitness goals in lieu of or in addition to personal training.
